- 2 large avocados pilled, pitted
- the juice of 2 lemons
- 1 creamy yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- tabasco sauce

Ingredients for 6 people :- 300g all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 120g butter
- 20g yeast
- 30g sugar
- 1l frying oil
- icing sugar
