Want something quick and tasty ? Frenchy and smelly ? or just add a little something to your salads ?
Try some “crottin de chèvre”, I can’t traduce it but literally it’s “goat dung”… usually It’s call “Goat crottin” abroad.

 

Once again this recipe is really easy and really tasty !

 

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 1 crottin de chèvre
  • a few herb de provence
  • half a French loaf
  • olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat the oven thermostat 6
  2. Cut slices of bread about 0.7 inche

  4. Cut slices 4 slices of the crottin de chèvre
  5. Arrange the slices of crottin on four slices of bread
  6. Sprinkle herbs de provence all over the toasts
  7. Put in oven for 10 minutes
