Mini chocolate molds

Did you ever dream of eating the entire cake including the mold ? It’s now possible !
Yes, I know, the picture isn’t really good but we eat every single cake but that one… !

In fact it’s quite simple, the difficulte part is to shoot the cake in order to post it on a blog… as no cake were left… !
Take a few mini muffin mold like thoses :
Then, melt chocolate in a bowl and soak the little paper cups into the melted chocolate.
Put everything in the fridge and wait until it’s dry.
Then make the opération once again to make the layer thicker chocolate.
And you’r done !
You can put some nice “ganache” like I did.
