As the snow slowly covering the hill, it’s an ideal moment to try another way to cook the turnip… put it into salad with some other season’s vegetables.

Ingredients :

- 175g turnip
- 350 g carrots
- lemon juice
- 50g seedless raisins
- 2 tablespoons sesames
- dressing

Grate the turnips and the carrots finely and place in a salad bowl. Put lemon juice to help to prevent the vegetables from turning brown.

Add the raisins, sesame seeds and poor over the dressing.

Serve with toasted rustic bread.
